I WISH some companies understood that! Even if you’re just the sales rep, if you have bigger and better ideas/innovations, and working your A$$ off above and beyond even your supervisor, you should get promoted and the lazy supervisor should “get the F out!”

Too bad it only runs for 30 minutes at a time, but I guess it is so efficient of a feature that he can get away with it. Now, that I have found your blog, I will stop in more often. The last episode was about Ari trying to get an acting job for his client for the movie "Medellin". I swear I feel the same way, trying to raise money for my movie projects and getting people to see the scripts, think about directors for particular movies, working to get the actors, etc. Crazy world we live in when we decide to chase the big dreams.
